Delivery: MinMont Pets - Natural Choice

We currently only have home delivery available to UK Mainland addresses, sorry.

 

We generally use Royal Mail Standard Second Class Parcel, or Royal Mail Second Class Tracked for higher value orders. EVRi may be used for longer items such as the "Giants" Range, this will also be a tracked service. Both services have a delivery timescale of 2-4 days. 

FREE UK Standard Delivery on orders over £40 - dispatched within 1 working day.

Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery after the date of dispatch.

Gift Boxes - £3.50 Standard Delivery - dispatched within 1-3 working days. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery after the date of dispatch. 

 

Value Boxes - Flat Rate of £2.95 for all value boxes - dispatched within 1-3 working days. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery after the date of dispatch

 

Standard Delivery (all other items) Flat Rate of £3.50 - Dispatched within 1 working day. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery after the date of dispatch.

Please note - for any made to order items, the “dispatched within” timescale will be increased to 1-3 working days, to allow enough time to ensure your product is perfect before dispatch. Thank you.

Damages & Returns

Damages:

MinMont Pets - Natural Choice conducts stringent checks to each and every parcel, ensuring packaging is secure and items are fully protected. MinMont Pets - Natural Choice is not liable for any damages or loss incurred during transit.

If you receive your parcel damaged please contact the relevant postal carrier to file a complaint/claim.

Returns:

We are confident that you and your pet will love your purchases. However in the unlikely event something has gone wrong and there is an issue with an item (i.e. being damaged or faulty) then please do let us know as soon as possible (within 30 days of receipt) so that we can do our very best to put things right. The satisfaction - for you and your pet - is our priority.

Please use the Contact page to let us know exactly what has gone wrong, remembering to include your order number. We will endeavour to respond to you within 24hrs and do our very best to put things right.

If an item needs returning because it is confirmed faulty/defective/damaged, your postage costs will be covered by MinMont Pets - Natural Choice and a full refund or replacement provided.

Cooling off Period - If you change your mind and wish to return your item (although we’re sure this won’t happen) please let us know within 14 days by using the details on the Contact page. We need receipt of the returned parcel within 14 days. The cost of the return postage will be your responsibility, and we strongly recommend using either recorded delivery or a tracking service, to guarantee safe return. Once the item/s have been received in a new and unused/unopened condition, a full refund will be issued within 14 days, including the original postage cost.

Please note this only extends to “non-perishable” items such as unused toys with labels/tags attached, unopened and sealed supplements and unopened wrapped treats. Treat boxes with unwrapped loose treats/chews, along with “made to order” gift boxes are excluded. “Personalised items” cannot be returned under the “cooling off period”, they can however be returned if they are faulty or damaged. In this unlikely event, please let us know via the Contact page.
